CFA Exam Centres in India
A user recently asked me by email about the exam centers for taking CFA exams in India. So, I thought of posting it here for everyone’s benefit.
Because of the legal issues with ICFAI over the use of CFA trademark, the CFA Institute was prohibited from conducting the CFA exams in India, so students were required to travel to nearby countries to take the exam.
However, the things are changing now.
The Delhi High Court gave them permission to hold the 2010 CFA exams in India and they have opened test centers in Bangalore, Mumbai, and New Delhi.
Till now we don’t know about the December, 2011 exam. India is not listed in the official test center locations.
